CHARGING Cycle Applications: Apply constant voltage charge at 2.35v/c – 2.45v/c (14.1 – 14.7v for 12v Monobloc) at 20°C. Initial charging current should be set at less than 0.25C Amps. Switch to float charge to avoid overcharging. “Float” or “Stand-By” Service: Apply constant voltage charge of 2.25v/c – 2.30v/c (13.5 to 13.8 volts for 12v Monobloc at 20°C. When held at this voltage, the battery will seek its own current level and maintain itself in a fully charged condition. Temperature Compensation: Charging Voltage for both Cyclic and Standby applications should be regulated in relation to ambient temperature. As temperature rises charging voltage should be reduced to prevent overcharge and increased as temperature falls to avoid undercharge. 后备式(Offline)正弦波输出UPS电源:其单机输出功率从0.25~2kVA左右。对于这种UPS来说,当市电电源电压在170~264V的范围内,它向用户提供经变压器抽头调压处理过的一般市电电源;仅当市电电源的电压低于170V或高于264V时,才向用户提供真正的"UPS逆变器"高质量的正弦波电源。后备式方波输出UPS电源:其单机输出功率从0.25~1kVA左右。对于这种UPS电源来说,当市电电压在165~270V左右时,它向用户提供经变压器抽头调压处理过的一般市电电源。当市电电源电压低于165V或高于270V左右时,它向用户提供具有稳压输出特性的50Hz方波电源。对于后备式方波输出UPS电源来说,当市电电源供电不正常时,由于它向用户所提供的交流电源是方波电源,并非正弦波电源,所以,在此条件下,不允许用户使用电感性负载(例如:电风扇、日光灯等)。否则,不是UPS电源本身的逆变器烧毁,就是造成将用户的负载损坏的局面。

有关专家按技术性能的优劣来排序的话,其顺序应为:在线式UPS电源、Delta变换器型UPS电源、准在线式UPS电源、后备式正弦波输出UPS电源、后备式方波输出UPS电源。就价格而言,排序方式正好相反。根据近几年的市场销售来看,后备式正弦波UPS电源因其性能价格比不好,已逐渐被淘汰
